About Delta Rae....

Delta Rae is made up of four young talented singer/songwriters. They are siblings, Ian, Eric and Brittany Hölljes, and their childhood friend, Elizabeth Hopkins. They have stunning vocal harmony talent not often found in young new artists.

Delta Rae's debut EP is absolutely amazing. I've had the opportunity to see Delta Rae perform live and the 4-part harmony you hear on the EP is reflected in their live performance as well... Not manufactured in the studio. Each member of the band has an opportunity to sing lead - and amazingly well - which makes the fact that they blend so well together that much more impressive.

In true singer/songwriter fashion, every song tells a compelling story that draws you in from start to finish. Each of the 5 songs has a distinct feel to it showing off their songwriting talent:

"Morning Comes" brings a gospel feel to the vocals and contains 3 distinct sections that keep you engaged with the variety in dynamics.

"Darlin' If" shows off their powerful harmony combinations as it builds and builds from start to finish.

"Young and Pretty," with a solid James Taylor feel, has a sweet quality to it that makes you listen intently to see where the story goes.

"Ooh Caroline" is a surprise as the music is light and fun while the lyrics contain a more dramatic storyline.

"Holding on to Good" tells the story of hanging on to the goodness of a love left behind when moving from California to North Carolina, even as a new love is found.

Coffee With Conscience Concert Series

Ahrre Maros is the owner of Ahrre's Coffee Roastery in Westfield & the Fair Trade Coffee Company on line. He has been presenting live musical events since 1992, when he first opened the Common Ground Cafe in Summit. The Cafe is gone now, but Ahrre continues bringing Professional Touring Musical Artists to the area for the benefit of the local community and several local Charities.

Currently, Ahrre presents the Coffee With Conscience Concert Series in Westfield, which is a Seven-show Series which acts as a fund-raiser—raising much needed funds for worthy causes—while providing the participants with the opportunity to attend quality performance events near their homes, providing an audience with a cultural experience, providing artists with a venue to display their talents, and generally strengthening the local community by bringing a group of people together for an evening of music in a comfortable setting.
